Help in Trustlytics web analytics

When you hover over a menu item with the mouse, you often find a question mark as help directly.

Clicking on the question mark will open a help text in the main window.

Often you can also find support in the headings in the main window. When you move the mouse over a heading, a question mark will be displayed as a help.

Clicking on the question mark opens a help text.

Different visualization of the data

Trustlytics automatically selects the optimal visualization of the data. However, you have the option to customize it according to your preferences or liking.

In numerous visualizations, it is possible to scroll down to the bottom left with the mouse, upon which 2–3 symbols appear.

Depending on which visualization is active, the symbol for changing the display varies. Please look for one of these symbols:

A menu is opened that contains various visualizations. You can choose one that is best suited to your needs.

The following visualizations are available:

Display simple table

The simple table displays the type and the main metric. For example, in the case of operating system versions, the name of the operating system and the number of visitors are shown.

Display a table with Visitor engagement metrics

The table with visitor engagement metrics displays the type and its key metrics. For example, in the case of operating system versions, it shows the name of the operating system, the number of visitors, the number of actions, the number of actions per visit, average time on the website, as well as bounce rate and conversion rate.

Insights

The insights show the type, main metric, and development. For example, in the case of operating system versions, the name of the operating system, the number of visitors, and the evolution are displayed. You can further refine the evolution through filters.

Vertical bar graph

The vertical bar chart represents the type in relation to the most important metric. For example, in the case of operating system versions, the operating system with the most visitors is represented by the largest bar, while the others become smaller.

Pie chart

The pie chart represents the type in relation to the most important metric. For example, in the case of operating system versions, the operating system with the most visitors is represented the largest, while the others become smaller.

Tag Cloud

The tag cloud represents the relationship between the type and the most important metric in a word of different sizes. For example, in the case of operating system versions, the operating system with the most visitors is represented as the largest word, while the others become smaller.

Exporting data

There is a possibility that you can download many of the data presented by Trustlytics in the desired format.

In numerous visualizations, it is possible to scroll down to the bottom left with the mouse, upon which 2–3 symbols appear.

Please find the following icon and click on it:

A window opens, and you are given the option to choose how you want to export your data.

Choose the desired export format, type of report, and number of rows, and then click on the “Export” button. You can now save the data on your PC.

Save the visualization as an image

There is a possibility that you can download many of the data presented by Trustlytics as an image.

In numerous visualizations, it is possible to scroll down to the bottom left with the mouse, upon which 2–3 symbols appear.

Please find the following icon and click on it:

A window appears containing the image. To save the image on your computer, right-click on the image and select the option “Save image as…”. You can now save the image on your PC.
