My software is missing from the list

Although your software is not included in the list, this does not mean that you cannot use Trustlytics. We will show you how to integrate the tracking code from Trustlytics into your software or website.

Basically, there are only two options. You can either insert the tracking code directly into the HTML code, or your software has a function that allows you to insert custom code.

If you have the opportunity to insert the tracking code directly into the HTML code, please follow the instructions “How to insert the tracking code from Trustlytics into an HTML document”.

If it is possible for you to insert the tracking code using custom code, you will need to look for this function in your software. It may have a different name (e.g., tracking, SEO, or similar).

If you are using the JavaScript tracking code, it is necessary to insert it in the Head section. It may have a different name (e.g., Header, Headline, or similar). If you want to use tracking with an image, we recommend placing the code in the Body section. If this is not available and only a footer section is present, you can insert the code there. If both the Body and Footer sections are available, it is recommended to insert the code in the Body.
