Mobile messaging

Once you have successfully logged into Trustlytics and the dashboard is displayed, please go to the top-right corner of the screen and click on the icon with the gear. This symbol represents the settings function.

Go to the left side and select the menu item “Mobile Messaging”.

SMS Provider

There is a possibility that you can receive relevant information about your website via SMS to one or more phone numbers, as described in Email reports.

We exclusively cooperate with ASPSMS.com. Start by creating a free account at ASPSMS.com.

Once you have received the free account, navigate to ASPSMS.com for the API access data and copy the user key and API password from there.

Now start by copying the user key into the corresponding field (Userkey). Then enter the password into the designated field. After that, click on the “Save” button.

If you have performed all the steps correctly, you will see the following success message:

If you do not have any credit for SMS yet, it is possible to purchase it now at ASPSMS.com zu erwerben.

Important: It is absolutely necessary to make a purchase, as you cannot add a mobile phone without sufficient credit!

Phone numbers

To receive SMS (text messages) on your mobile phone, it is necessary for you to provide your mobile number.

Start by entering the country code, for example +41 for Switzerland. If you don't know the country code, you can search and select the country above.

Please enter your mobile number without the first zero. Now click on the “Add” button.

The number that was registered will receive an SMS with a code. Please enter this code in the field “Enter activation code”. Now click on the “Validate” button.

Attention: For security reasons, it is necessary that you can only add mobile numbers that you have access to and can enter the code.

The setup is complete, and you now have the option to send your email reports via SMS.

Manage phone numbers

Under manage phone numbers, you have the option to remove mobile numbers by clicking on the “Remove” button.
