Personal settings

Once you have successfully logged into Trustlytics and the dashboard is displayed, please go to the top-right corner of the screen and click on the icon with the gear. This symbol represents the settings function.

Go to the left side and select the menu item “Settings” now.

Username

First, your username will be displayed, which consists of the email address you provided during registration. You cannot change this email address, and it is also used by Paddle. However, if there are urgent circumstances under which you need to change the email address, please contact us.

Email

To customize your email address to which the email reports should be sent, simply click on the field with your current address and change it accordingly.

Please remember to click on “Save” after making the changes.

Language

You have the option to choose from four different languages (German, English, French, and Italian). To select your desired language, please click on the corresponding field (e.g., English). Afterward, a dropdown menu will open where you can make your selection by clicking on the desired language.

Please remember to click on “Save” after making the changes.

As soon as you switch to another menu item or the dashboard, the language will automatically be adjusted.

Time format

There is the possibility to change the time format. In the 24-hour clock, for example, the time is displayed as 14:00, while in the 12-hour clock it is represented as 2:00. To select the desired format, simply click on the field with the current time format (e.g., 24-hour clock) and a dropdown menu will open. Now select the preferred time format by clicking on an option.

Please remember to click on “Save” after making the changes.

Report date to load by default

At this point, you can determine which default date will be loaded for the report. There are various options available. Select an option on the left side. The green marker indicates that your selection has been confirmed.

If you switch to the dashboard or log in again, the report date will be automatically adjusted.
