Is it really not necessary to obtain the consent of visitors to my website for cookies?

Since Trustlytics currently fully complies with the requirements of data protection laws such as FADP, GDPR, CCPA, PECR, PIPL, and LGPD, it is not necessary to obtain the visitor's consent. Therefore, you can dispense with the cookie banner if you exclusively use Trustlytics' tracking code and do not integrate any other external functions into your website.

Attention: If you want to insert other codes in addition to the Trustlytics tracking code, you should clarify with the respective providers whether visitor consent is not required.
