Update payment method

At this point, we will explain to you how you can update your payment method, for example, if your credit card has expired or if you want to change your chosen payment method.



Log in to your Trustlytics account.

Then navigate to the upper-right area where your name is displayed and click on it. This will open a menu. Select the option “Billing management” there.

Go to the “Payment method” section and please click on the “Update payment method” button.

A popup window (from Paddle.com) appears. Enter your preferred payment method there and click on the “Update card details” button at the end.

After reviewing your information, the window will be closed and your payment method has been successfully updated.
