Here we explain how to add your website to Trustlytics web analytics, configure the time zone and currency for the analysis, and also remove your website from Trustlytics web analytics.

In addition, you log in to your Trustlytics web analytics account via the dashboard.

Once you have chosen a subscription and completed the payment through Paddle.com, you will automatically be directed to the billing management. There, you can view all the information about your subscription.

Please click on the link “Back to Trustlytics dashboard” on the left side.

The Trustlytics dashboard is now visible to you. If you have logged out after purchasing the subscription and log in to Trustlytics again later, you will be redirected directly to the dashboard.

In order for web analytics to work, you first need to add your website to Trustlytics web analytics. To do this, enter a name in the first field that is related to the domain name (however, you can also choose any other name). Then, enter the complete URL of your website in the second field (see example below), including https://.

Important: Please note that it is not possible to change the name and URL in Trustlytics web analytics afterward. Unless you remove everything completely (delete). However, if you do this, all previously collected analysis data will be lost. Therefore, we kindly ask for special care in this step.

To complete the process, click on the “Add” button at the bottom right.

There is a change in the view in the dashboard and additional functions are displayed. Congratulations, you have successfully completed the first step.

Log in to Trustlytics web analytics

Log in to your Trustlytics account. You will be taken directly to the Trustlytics dashboard.

In the “Website analyzed with Trustlytics” section, you will find your website that has been added for Trustlytics web analytics. To access the Trustlytics web analytics, please click on the blue button, “Log in to Trustlytics web analytics”. This will open a new browser window and take you to the Trustlytics web analytics.

Settings

Log in to your Trustlytics account. You will be taken directly to the Trustlytics dashboard.

In the “Website analyzed with Trustlytics” section, you will find your website that has been added for Trustlytics web analytics. Please click on the green button, “Settings”. This will open a pop-up window with the settings options.

Now you need to select the currency and time zone that are relevant for your website or personal needs. For example, if you live in Switzerland, choose the Swiss Franc as the currency and Europe/Zurich GMT+1:00 as the time zone.

Once you have made your selection, please press the “Save” button located at the bottom. The settings have been successfully applied.

Important: Trustlytics uses your individual setting. This means that the visits of your website visitors are measured according to the time zone you have set. If you work with monetary amounts in the “Acquisition” section, the currency you have set here will be used.

Remove website from Trustlytics web analytics

Log in to your Trustlytics account. You will be taken directly to the Trustlytics dashboard.

In the “Website analyzed with Trustlytics” section, you will find your website that has been added for Trustlytics web analytics. Please click on the red button, “Remove website from Trustlytics web analytics”. This will open a popup window.

You will be asked whether you want your website to be removed from Trustlytics web analytics. If this is the case, you need to enter the complete URL of your website in the empty field (see example below), including https://.

Attention: Removing your website from Trustlytics web analytics will result in the loss of all analysis data. Please note that this data cannot be recovered.

To complete the process, click on the red button “I am aware of the impact: Delete https://www.mycompany.com now”.

Once the deletion is successfully completed, the dashboard will be updated, and you will have the option to add a new website again.
