Change duration

At this point, we would like to show you how you can adjust the duration of your subscription. For example, from one month to one year or vice versa.

Log in to your Trustlytics account.

Then navigate to the upper-right area where your name is displayed and click on it. This will open a menu. Select the option “Billing management” there.

Go to the section “The products you have subscribed to” and click on the “Change subscription” button.

Please click on the button above to adjust the duration.

The updated details of your Trustlytics subscription are now displayed. Please confirm the change by clicking on the “Next” button.

A pop-up window appears, in which you will be asked again for user-friendliness whether you want to change your subscription. Click on the “Yes” button.

The duration has been changed, and the relevant data will be displayed.

Important: The change from one month to one year is made immediately. However, the change from one year to one month is only made after the annual subscription has expired.
