Billing management

In the billing management, you can view and adjust your subscription, check the duration, view and change your payment methods, and see the next charge date. Furthermore, you have the option to cancel the subscription and download the corresponding receipts (invoices).



Log in to your Trustlytics account.

Then navigate to the upper-right area where your name is displayed and click on it. This will open a menu. Select the option “Billing Management” there.

Now you are in the billing management, where you can perform the following actions:



The products you have subscribed to (view and adjust subscription)



Duration of your subscription



Payment method



Next payment



End subscription



Receipts



The products you have subscribed to

The information about your Trustlytics subscription (duration) is visible. If you want to change the duration, for example from one month to one year or vice versa, you can do so by clicking on the “Change subscription” button.

Important: The change from one month to one year is made immediately. However, the change from one year to one month is only made after the annual subscription has expired.



Please click on the button above to adjust the duration.

The updated details of your Trustlytics subscription are now displayed. Please confirm the change by clicking on the “Next” button.

Important: If you do not want to continue the process, you can end it at any time by clicking on the link “I'll stick with my old subscription, it's the best option for me.”.



A pop-up window appears, in which you will be asked again for user-friendliness whether you want to change your subscription. Click on the “Yes” button.

The duration has been changed, and the relevant data will be displayed.




Duration of your subscription

Here you will find information about when your subscription will be automatically renewed. The purpose of this section is purely informative.




Payment method

The information about your payment method is visible. If you want to change your payment method, you can do so by clicking on the “Update payment method” button.

A popup window (from Paddle.com) appears. Enter your preferred payment method there and click on the “Update payment method” button at the end.

After reviewing your information, the window will be closed and your payment method has been successfully updated.




Next payment

Here you will find information about the date and amount of the charge that will be debited from your selected payment method. The purpose of this section is purely informative.




End subscription

You have the option to cancel the subscription at any time. If you do so, you will still have access until the end of the current term of your subscription.



Important: To cancel your subscription, you must exclusively use the following method. Please note that we cannot accept written cancellations by mail or email, as the subscription was made through Paddle.com and can only be canceled through this function!



If you want to cancel your subscription, please click on the “End subscription” button.

A pop-up window appears, in which you will be asked again for user-friendliness whether you want to cancel your subscription. Click on the “Yes” button.

Important: If you do not want to continue the process, you can end it at any time by clicking on the “No” button.



You now see the confirmation that your termination is valid. You can reactivate your subscription at any time until the end of the current term.



To reactivate your subscription, please press the button “Reactivate your subscription”.

Once the duration of your subscription ends, you will only have the option to sign up for a new subscription.

Important: Please note that after the expiration of the subscription period, all analysis data of your website will be deleted in Trustlytics and you will no longer have access to it.




Receipts

Once your payment method is charged for the renewal of your subscription, you can download the current receipt. Here you will find all receipts for your charges.



Click on the link labeled “Download receipt”.

A separate window appears in the browser, displaying the Paddle receipt. You can save it on your computer by using the “Save As…” function of the browser.
