Campaigns

With the “Campaigns” section, you have the opportunity to conduct an analysis of which visits are associated with different tracking values and how they are related to your digital campaigns. This allows you to gain important information, such as the origin of visitors, the traffic of your campaigns, the effectiveness of advertising materials, and the engagement of visitors. Additionally, it can be determined whether your campaign leads to sales or not.

By clicking on the plus symbol on the left side, you will receive detailed information about the respective campaign and can see from which source the visitors come from.

It is obvious that the presented data is not very extensive. However, you have the possibility to change this. To do this, go to the “Change visualization” icon and select the “Display a table with Visitor engagement metrics” option.

This view allows for a more comprehensive insight into the engagement of visitors to your campaigns. You can analyze metrics for each individual campaign, including actions, actions per visit, average time spent on the website, and bounce rate. This allows you to not only determine which campaigns generated the most traffic, but also how interested these visitors were.

If you have assigned goals to your campaigns (for more information, see “Goals”), you can also view them. To do this, click on the “Change visualization” icon and select the “Display a table with Goals metrics” option.

In this view, you get a more comprehensive insight into the conversion rate of e-commerce orders, the conversion rate for individually configured goals, and revenue per visit. The table with the goal metrics is helpful for analyzing different campaign versions that lead to people achieving their goals and making purchases on your website. This visualization provides particularly useful information for verifying the correct traffic and volume of your campaigns.
